We promised it and now it's here! Healthcare providers can now publish bookable times for a physical appointment in their clinic. Patients can in turn book a physical appointment through your app and have a seamless digi-physical experience. Additionally, administrators have the option to attach an appointment template of their choice to a selected reason for visit. Moreover, translations in call chat can be enabled or disabled according to your wishes. Enjoy the new version of Visiba Care!

Healthcare practitioners

CHANGES:

  • Allowing patients to book physical appointments is now available if configured by the administrator.
  • First version of attaching data from external digital services to a booked appointment and show it to healthcare practitioner in Office.
  • You can now be notified if a patient answers a form in a messaging conversation

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Changed cookie format for smoother authentication when having multiple practice assignments.
  • Added notification badge in menu for number of unread messages

BUG FIXES:

  • Fixed My statistics not showing any data.
  • Resources can no longer incorrectly remove themselves as a participant from an Embassy booking using the Leave button.
  • Fixed Embassy appointment API failing.
  • Fixed visual bug in invitation when selecting appointment length.
  • Fixed list of appointments in calendar view briefly showing a message that there are no booked appointments while loading the booked appointments.
  • Fixed not being able to click the file name to open file in the call chat.

Administrators

CHANGES:

  • Configuring option to book physical appointments is now available.
  • Global administrators can now disable and enable the translation functionality in the call chat.
  • Appointment templates can now be connected to specific Reasons for visit, allowing for more flexibility in patients booking appropriate appointments.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Changed cookie format for smoother authentication when having multiple practice assignments.
  • Username and password are now optional when creating or updating a user.

BUG FIXES:

  • Link in breadcrumb-bar now works when navigation from drop-in room opening hours to drop-in room list.
  • Fixed preview of questions when creating a form showing the wrong question number.
  • The practice filter in list of users no longer loses effect after deleting a user.
  • Colour of checkbox text is now again different when a checkbox is selected and deselected.
  • Fixed unhandled error when trying to export time series without filling in any values for what to export.
  • Entire list element can now be clicked to open user in the user list, instead of just the user’s name.
  • Fixed selected filters being cleared in payments list after looking at a payment and navigating back to the list.

Schedulers

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Changed cookie format for smoother authentication when having multiple practice assignments.

BUG FIXES:

  • Fixed the side menu not updating with correct information until you hovered over it.
  • Fixed deleted users being shown in the list or healthcare practitioners when rebooking an appointment from one to another healthcare practitioner.

Patients

CHANGES:

  • Patients can now book physical appointments if the feature is activated and set up by the administrator.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Deep linking functionality now supports multiple practices.

BUG FIXES:

  • Can no longer change your form answers from in a messaging conversation.

Android

  • Fixed 1 h and 24 h push notification appointment reminders not being shown.
  • Fixed long forms not working properly.
  • Fixed In queue-button being shown in the tab bar even though user had left the queue, causing app to close when clicked.
  • Fixed view showing drop-in queue not opening automatically after paying for a drop-in visit.
  • Fixed double dialog windows being shown when being removed from a drop-in queue.
  • Fixed screen flickering when selecting Free pass or Invoice as payment method when booking an appointment.

iOS

  • Fixed patient being forced to reinstall the app if the last selected practice had been removed.
  • Fixed app closing if trying to click Cancel in a form that had been removed by administrator.
  • Fixed push notifications not being sent when receiving a new message.
  • Fixed input field lines being the wrong colour in My profile.
  • Fixed wrong placeholder text for text answer in evaluation after call.
  • Long title of Privacy policy screen now line breaks instead of becoming smaller.
  • Fixed not scrolling to the top of the page when going to the next page in a form.

Web

  • Fixed the wrong text being used for planned duration time when receiving an incoming group call.
  • Fixed Reason for visit and Appointment time missing from the booked appointments-side menu in My cases.
  • Fixed SMS login sending multiple messages if the button was clicked multiple times.
