Joyful news for Administrators, as improved payment statistics and awaited functionalities, make a big entrance in this release! Great focus was placed on making the design for all users more intuitive and patients can now easily access external digital services from the app. Bugs and glitches were picked and fixed, making the entire user experience more refined. Healthcare practitioners

Improvements:

  • The image preview functionality now has a clearer and more intuitive design.
  • Unbooked appointments after the time has passed, as well as completed appointments now get a grey colour distinguishing them from active and relevant appointments in the calendar.

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where the payment information sometimes was still active when inviting participants to a group call, prohibiting the booking from being completed.
  • Turned off the imminent booking reminder from being sent out for reserved bookings, where the patient still hadn’t completed the payment finalising the booking.
  • Added a user-friendly error message for when trying to double book your calendar, instead of showing the old “NoConcurrencyAvailable” error message.
  • Fixed a problem in Office where when disabling a language for the customer, user who had that language selected could no longer switch away from it.
  • Fixed an issue in filtering on dates, where if you input today’s date into the From and To fields, events from today were not shown.

Administrators

Changes:

  • The list of payments now contains more relevant information, e.g. payment status. This also applies to the spreadsheets you can export on the payments.
  • There are also more filters available so you can more easily and promptly find the payment you’re looking for.
  • When looking at payment details and reimbursing appointments, administrators now see more relevant information about the patient, the appointment, and the payment.
  • For payments made using stripe card payment, the stripe reference id is now visible in the interface.
  • The calendar overview now contains more filtering options, so you can see the status of appointments and time slots for separate groups of people and receptions.

Bug fixes:

  • Maximum payment value is now set to 3999 SEK in Sweden, instead of 1999 SEK.
  • Fixed the payment log not showing the same information in Office and the exported files.
  • Fixed Norwegian BankID not being included in the Time series-logs.
  • Fixed not being able to create a new speciality if there are more than one language active for the service.
  • Fixed a problem in Office where, when disabling a language for the customer, the user who had selected that language could no longer switch away from it.

Changes:

  • Patients can now access embedded digital services from the patient interfaces

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed removed healthcare professionals being shown in the list of available healthcare professionals in the patient interfaces.

Android

  • Fixed Reason for visit not being prompted in the drop-in flow if user were logged out at the start of the flow.
  • Fixed trying to register an account with an invalid phone number not being correctly displayed and informed to the patient.
  • Fixed text on Back button for warning dialog in English version, where the text on the Back button unintuitively said Cancel, and the other button said Cancel appointment

iOS

  • Fixed wrong icon on the New message button on the home screen of the app.
  • Fixed tab-bar not being shown when selecting a reception for the first time.
  • Fixed messages being shown twice in completed (archived) conversations.

Web

  • Fixed a visual bug where the icon and text of place in queue were overlapping when standing in the drop-in queue.
  • Fixed patient getting an unread message notification badge in the interface when a healthcare professional archived a conversation.
