Healthcare professionals
This is new:
- The payment step in the invitation flow will now be skipped if there are no payment services activated on your clinic.

There are now notifications in the top right corner, which confirm that you’ve sent or edited a meeting.
Improvements:
- Users entering the lobby before a video call will be warned if they have no camera or microphone.

In the top right corner of the messaging view, the user can see the last time the messaging inbox was updated.
Bug fixes:
- It was not possible to update a users profile picture. This issue has now been fixed.
- The cancel button when you initiated a messaging conversation had no effect. This issue has now been fixed.

When you pressed a booking in the calendar overview, the meeting did not open up automatically in the calendar. This issue has now been fixed.

This is new:
- It is now possible to reschedule a multipart meeting.
Administrators

Patients
This is new:
Red Robin
- It’s now possible to enter suspected diagnoses as presenting complaints, such as otitis or cold.

It’s now possible to enter with administrative reasons, such as prescription renewal and medical certificate.
Improvements:
Web
- The cookie banner now links to a new dedicated cookie policy explaining the use of cookies in Visiba Care.
Web, iOS, Android
- Only the field for "Title" in the healthcare professional's profile is shown in patient interfaces. "Speciality" is no longer shown.
Red Robin
- It's now possible to grade your ear pain when searching for ear-related symptoms.
Bug fixes:
iOS
- The name of the clinic was shown on the clinic page if the app only had one visible clinic. This issue has now been fixed.
Android
- It was possible for a patient to quickly press the Yes button multiple times when asked if they wanted to join a drop-in queue, causing the patient to get in the same queue several times simultaneously. This is no longer possible.

In certain scenarios, if the time on the phone was out of sync with the server time, the 60-second timer to answer a drop-in call when it’s your turn in the queue could end instantly. This is no longer an issue.
