New patient summary for an elevated overview

You can feel even more confident before a video consultation with the new and updated patient summary. Moreover, the diagnoses and outcomes provided after the consultation will be added to this summary for easier documentation in EPRs. Finally, your patients will now notice the improved performance and speed of our functions in the Android app. Enjoy the new Visiba Care!

Healthcare practitioners

 

NEW FUNCTIONS

  • The consultations in the calendar now include a new patient summary, gathering all relevant data in one view. In case you use Red Robin, this summary will replace the old summary view.
  • Diagnoses and outcomes provided in the post-call evaluation are presented in the patient summary. In case you use Red Robin, you will also get some helpful tools to copy data to EMR system.

BUG FIXES:

  • When duplicating an appointment, editing the description is now an option.

Administrators

 

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • The Statistics export Started activities is renamed to Activities: started and ended.

BUG FIXES:

  • When exporting time series, it is no longer possible to choose a date in the future.
  • In the messaging overview for Global administrators, filtering users is now limited to the users of the selected reception.
  • Week 1 is now available in the Calendar overview.

Schedulers

 

NEW FUNCTIONS

  • The consultations in the calendar now include a new patient summary, gathering all relevant data in one view.

BUG FIXES:

  • When rebooking a time to another user, the original date is used.
  • In rescheduling, after you have saved the changes, the save button does not appear anymore, as the task is already completed.
  • In the user profile, the option in the Not bookable for patient checkbox is now removed.
  • When duplicating an appointment, editing the description is now an option.
  • Week 1 is now available in the Calendar overview.

Patients

 

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Rotating the phone to landscape view no longer triggers a reload of the embedded web content in the Android app.
  • Improvements to the performance of the Android app: it will now run faster in certain scenarios!

BUG FIXES:

Android

  • In rare cases, when a patient was entering the booking flow via a deep link, the forms were not presented. This issue is now fixed
  • In a messaging conversation, the app sometimes crashed if the user denied the system permission to download files. This issue is now fixed.
  • The app was not opened correctly with deep-links in a few cases. This issue is now fixed.
  • Fixed the login option of Swedish BankID on the device not being displayed on Android 11, only the BankID on another device option.
  • The digital/physical appointment and physical location deep-link parameters were not working as expected. This issue is now fixed.

Web

  • The user is now again properly notified about the results of not granting approval to the system to send the booking information via SMS and e-mail.
