A new batch of notifications is now activated in Visiba Care to ensure that both healthcare professionals and patients are promptly informed about their respective cases. Healthcare professionals now get a notification when a new messaging conversation is initiated; Patients get a push notification when a healthcare professional schedules an appointment with them. At the same time, administrators and schedulers can now display an overview of the message conversations, while statistics are updated with an additional export that includes all initiated activities. Healthcare practitioners
NEW FUNCTIONS
- New notification (via email and SMS) displaying the message Reception message conversation queue is no longer empty introduced to make users aware of new patient-initiated messages.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- When editing a template, the checkbox text for updating existing bookable time-slots based on the template option is reformulated: from Change existing times to Update bookable time slots in your calendar.
Administrators
NEW FUNCTIONS:
- You can now see an overview of the ongoing message conversations in your reception.
- Statistics list receives an additional export, where you can aggregate and analyse all initiated activities, such as digital/physical appointments, message conversations etc.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- When editing a template, the checkbox text for updating existing bookable time slots based on the template option is reformulated: from Change existing times to Update bookable timeslots in your calendar.
BUG FIXES:
The following issues has been fixed:
- The checkbox Accessible to all in Appointment templates was visible in users with both Healthcare practitioner and Administrator user templates, overriding user settings, creating an error which disabled the user from saving the template. The checkbox is now not visible in this error setting.
- Administrators were not able to filter based on appointment type (physical/digital) in the Calendar overview. This issue is now fixed
- In Statistics: Payment, when a user was searching for a payment, viewing the details of a payment and then returned to the search results, the search results would disappear. This issue is now fixed.
- A form could be saved without text in the question field. The question text is now mandatory to fill in.
- In the user list, Reception administrators were listed without displaying the reception they are associated with. The associated reception is now properly displayed.
Schedulers

- Schedulers were not able to filter based on appointment type (physical/digital) in the Calendar overview. This issue is now fixed.
Patients
NEW FUNCTIONS:
- Patients now receive a push notification when they are invited to an appointment. Please note: The patient must have logged in at least once to be able to receive push notifications.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Opening hours for drop-in waiting rooms are now displayed in the patient’s time zone if they are in a different time zone than the healthcare provider.
BUG FIXES:
The following issues have been fixed:
Android
- Deep-links leading to the app did not always open in the app – this issue is now fixed.
- Accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy was not initiated if a patient entered a drop-in waiting room, accepted, left the queue, and entered again. This issue is now fixed.
- Patients were not able to scroll with the keyboard open while searching for receptions. This issue is now fixed.
iOS
- The post-call evaluation was fetched incorrectly when entering the call through the push notification. This issue is now fixed.
