Healthcare practitioners
IMPROVEMENTS:
- When adding a form whilst sending a message, the list of forms is now limited to the forms published on the reception (previously, you could see all forms published for use across the whole organisation). Texts have also been improved to clarify the workflow of publishing forms.
- Column sort in messaging and drop-in lists are now remembered through page navigations.
- Content has been added to our Help Centre related to Red Robin being a certified medical device.
- Minor UI issues of the patient summary related to a Red Robin case has now been fixed. This will lead to an easier overview and better readability.
BUG FIXES:
- The priority column in messaging/drop-in lists was sometimes present in receptions that don't use Red Robin. This issue has now been fixed.
- When inviting a patient to an appointment from a messaging conversation, the information about the patient was lost and the healthcare professional had to add the patient to the invitation manually. This issue has now been fixed.

Red Robin
- When a patient has completed the chat within Red Robin, they’ll now get clear information about the next step in the care path. It could be either a booking, messaging or drop-in and aims to give transparency to the user on their current care path and guidance on where to go if their issue is more urgent.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- The receipt that a patient receives after paying using card payment or swish, now also includes the customer’s company registration number.
Red Robin
- Updated the question and added explanatory content to the node regarding insomnia.
BUG FIXES:
iOS, Android, Web
- If a patient had several unpaid bookings at the same time, the payment attention card for the booking furthest away in time was shown instead of the card for the next appointment. This issue has now been fixed.
Red Robin
- The reason for contact was sometimes centered when multiple lines were required. This issue has now been fixed.
Android
- Buttons on logout dialogue said “null”. They now display the correct text again.
- Website-button in About us-view showed the url instead of the text on the button. This issue is now fixed.
- Deeplinks are no longer case-sensitive.
iOS
- Guest users looked like they were logged in to the app as a patient after exiting the call. This is no longer the case.
- App handled configurations with several receptions but where only one was visible wrongly. This issue has now been fixed (iOS 3.46.3).
- Fixed a number of visual bugs on the new start page where elements got the wrong colour (iOS 3.46.2).
- App crashed when changing drop-in room using the quick link after having selected a room. This issue has now been fixed (iOS 3.46.2).
- Reason for contact step was skipped when a button was configured with more than 1 but not all reasons for contact for the patient to select from. This issue has now been fixed (iOS 3.46.2).
- Branding issues with the top and bottom navigation where the content became hard to read when the app had light background/branding. This issue has now been fixed (iOS 3.46.2).
- The app was crashing on iOS 13. This issue has now been fixed. (iOS 3.46.3)
- Flickering top navigation bar when entering reception in certain scenarios. This issue has now been fixed. (iOS 3.46.3)
- Visual bug in the booking filtering function. This issue has now been fixed.
- Wrong text on the button when saving a changed phone number. This issue has now been fixed.
Web
- Missing attention card and my cases-badge for unread forms in messaging conversation. This issue has now been fixed.
- Automatic logout was disabled for a session in the patient web if the website was refreshed. This issue has now been fixed.
- Information about using a non-supported browser is now again shown when a guest is entering a call using Safari or another unsupported browser.
