Healthcare staff
News and improvements:
- In the previous release, we added the possibility for healthcare professionals to use text templates to work more effectively and easily in messaging consultations. With this release, they will be able to add and use personal text templates alongside the ones at the clinic level! The personal templates will follow the healthcare professional as a user and aren't dependent on which clinic the consultation belongs to. Templates can be administrated both in the actual messaging conversation view and on a specific settings page. Both personal and shared text templates are shown within the messaging conversation view, so there's no need to remember all shortcuts.
- In the evaluation after a consultation, healthcare professionals are able to enter ICD codes related to the case. In this update, we've updated both the actual ICD code list and the ability to update this list more frequently in the future.
- Healthcare staff can now easier navigate in Visiba Care using the tab and arrow keys.
Patients
News and improvements:
iOS, Android, Web
- In the app/patient web, patients could previously see a map for directions to physical appointments. All maps have now been removed for privacy reasons, but patients can click the address to open an external map app on their device.
- Patients using a suspected diagnosis as their presenting complaint in Red Robin will now be able to specify the duration and trend of their condition.
Web
- Patients can access their cases and chat with healthcare professionals in ongoing conversations via the web interface on the mobile.
Bug fixes:
iOS
- When a patient was using Red Robin and clicking the Home tab, Red Robin or the reception was shown instead of the root view. This issue has now been fixed.
Android
- When a patient was booking a new physical appointment, the filter for the physical location was not working, as available slots in other places were shown. This issue has now been fixed.
- An accessibility label was added to the icon button that says “attach file” to support screen readers for patients better.
Web
- When a patient was trying to book a new physical appointment, the booking view crashed when there were no available timeslots for physical locations. This issue has now been fixed.
Red Robin Medical Core
News and improvements
- Red Robin will take more factors into consideration when triaging patients with suspected urinary tract infections.
- Patients using a suspected diagnosis as their presenting complaint will now be able to specify the duration and trend of their condition.
- Red Robin will now refer all patients who seek care for skin pigmentation to a physical meeting with a doctor.
- Red Robin will now ask parents of young children if they believe that their child is severely ill. This information has been shown to have a strong predictive value for paediatric triaging.
-
Red Robin has an improved understanding of upper respiratory tract infections and their complications. A structural modelling of diagnosis combinations enables Red Robin to give more accurate triage and diagnosis recommendations.
Embassy API (Integrations)
News and improvements
- When searching for a patient in Embassy, it is now possible to use NIN (National Identification Number) as a search criterion.
