Patients
Changes:
Android
- The button for canceling an appointment has a more coherent design, and is disabled instead of disappearing when it is too late for the patient to cancel the appointment. There is also a new confirmation dialog making sure the patient doesn't cancel by accident
- Added informative texts telling the user why buttons in the case are disabled
- If there is a receipt for the appointment, the patient can now download it from the case
- If a user hasn't answered the forms or paid for the appointment before its start, this is now much more clearly conveyed when opening the appointment in My cases
Improvements:
Web/Android
- Added tailored screens for certain views being empty, instead of showing a general screen for empty views
iOS
- Push notifications for appointment reminders and new messages are now shown also when user is browsing the app
- The confirmation view for selecting a reception has now been removed also from iOS
- Disabled on-device storage of national identification number for log in methods
Web/Android/iOS
- The number of unhandled events is now calculated in a different and better way
- Added support for sending SMS in countries that do not support sender name (e.g. Brazil). Affected customers will see our phone number instead of the custom sender name
