## Healthcare practitioners

##### This is new:

- It is now possible to blur the background in the meeting. This feature is available both in the lobby and in the video call.
- The lobby entered before the video call has been re-created from scratch.
- All cases associated with a patient are shown in the patient information view.

Red Robin

- It is possible to read the patient summary in the healthcare professionals preferred language.

## Patients

##### This is new:

**Web**

- It is now possible to blur the background in the meeting. This feature is available both in the lobby and in the video call.
- The lobby entered before the video call has been re-created from scratch.

##### Bug fixes:

**iOS, Android**

- In rare cases, a patient could enter a drop-in-queue twice simultaneously. This issue has now been fixed.

**Web**

****Red Robin****

- A representative going through Red Robin in Finland can now enter a personal identifier that includes letters.
