Healthcare practitioners
This is new:
- Ability to handover a messaging case back to your own reception or to another reception. This feature needs to be activated before you can use it.
Red Robin
- Ability to fill in evaluation after closing a messaging case.
BUG Fixes:
- When using two Apple AirPods in the call and removing one of them, users could sometimes hear a ringing sound. This issue has now been fixed.
- Participants in the video call could sometimes experience problems when they disconnected from the call, waited for a few minutes and then tried to reconnect to the call again. This issue has now been fixed.
- The date filters in the messaging history were lost when you entered a messaging case and then went back to the messaging history again. The filters are now applied when you come back as well.
- When a participant in the video call sent a file without any text attached, there was an empty text field that was sent as well. This issue has now been fixed.

- Twilio SDK updated to latest version on iOS.
- Added support for embedding Privacy policy-pdf on website to comply with Google Play regulations.
- Smallcaps in certain texts on iOS changed to normal text to support all typefaces.
- My profile-view technically improved.
BUG FIXES:
iOS, Android, Web
- All changes in My profile didn’t take effect, if many different settings were changed at the same time. This issue has now been fixed.
- Norwegian translation for “Mottak” was incorrect. This issue has now been fixed.
Android
- The booking view could in rare cases not respond if user hadn’t logged in before initiating the booking flow. This issue has now been fixed.
- User sometimes couldn’t navigate backwards when having selected a physical time for booking. This issue has now been fixed.
- When user changed their name or e-mail address, it looked like the change didn’t take effect even though it in fact did. This issue has now been fixed.
iOS
- Reception title became centered if the title spanned over more than one line. This is now fixed.
Embassy API
this is new:
- Ability to start messaging conversations via API.
