Healthcare staff

Healthcare professionals and schedulers can block calendar time for non-meeting activities with the new "Other activities" appointment template.

iOS

App support for iOS devices running iOS 13 is discontinued. This means that users with the iOS 13 version on their iOS device won't be able to update to an app version higher than 3.59.2. We advise our iOS users running iOS 13 to upgrade to a higher iOS version, ideally the latest version, to gain access to all the latest updates and features.

iOS

There was a problem updating the background image for the app. When updating the configured background image, the old image was still shown for some devices. This issue has now been fixed.
If the iOS app did not have the correct branding configured, it would crash. This issue has now been fixed, and an error message is shown instead.

Android

Some colours in the android app did not match the configured customer-branded colours. This issue has now been fixed.
Some branding colours were wrong, and the border around the search clinic text box had faulty margins. This issue has now been fixed.

Web

When booking a physical appointment online, only time slots the next day were shown, not further into the future. This issue has now been fixed.
Healthcare professionals could not see the form responses patients selected from a drop-down menu, as these responses were not stored correctly. This issue has now been fixed.
Words in form questions could sometimes be split into two, which could cause incorrect language and meaning. This issue has now been fixed.
