Healthcare staff
News and improvements
- Healthcare professionals working with messaging consultations can now work with consultation note-taking within Visiba Care during and after a messaging consultation. These consultation notes are personal.
- Previously the maximum length of a booked appointment was 2 hours. This is now increased to 4 hours. Video calls will still be able to continue after the scheduled end time.
Bug fixes:
- In the list of a patient's active cases, the "booked by" value was set to Healthcare professional even if a scheduler booked the consultation. This issue has now been fixed.
- A user invited as a colleague in one or several messaging consultations couldn't be removed from the platform. This issue has now been fixed.
Patients
News and improvements:
Android
- The Android app has been updated to Material 3, meaning the UI has some visual improvements, such as adjusted letter spacing on buttons.
Web
- The accessibility for My cases and Messaging has been improved for patients using the web interface.
- The booking flow has been improved for patients using the web interface.
Red Robin
News and improvements:
- Questions regarding national vaccination programme adherence are now country-specific.
- Improved modelling of malignant conditions, including a new diagnosis corresponding to general signs of malignancy.
- Patients can now express difficulties with reading, writing, and numbers.
